Deposit & Payment Schedule
A deposit of $150.00 per traveller is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another traveller.
- Deposit must be received by November 30, 2026
- Final payment is due February 19, 2027
Once your booking form has been submitted, the Passion Defined Travel team will contact you within 48 hours to securely collect payment details for your deposit and complete your booking.
Room Categories & Rates
Room: Standard Gardenview Room
Single Occupancy:
$2058.00 plus $320.00 in taxes + fees per person
Double Occupancy:
$1718.00 plus $320.00 in taxes + fees per person
Triple Occupancy:
$1678.00 plus $320.00 in taxes + fees per person
Children (2-12 years old):
$1358.00 plus $320.00 in taxes + fees per person
Infants:
$175.00 taxes + fees per infant
Other departure cities and room categories available upon request, subject to a rate change.
Cancellations:
- 60 days or more prior to departure - Deposit non refundable
- 51-22 days prior to departure - 50% non refundable of the whole package
- 21 to 0 days prior to departure- 100% non refundable of the whole package
Modifications:
- 90 days or more prior to departure - no fee, only difference in fare
- 89-60 days prior to departure - $150 per person plus difference in fare
- 59-22 days prior to departure- $300 per person plus difference in fare
- 21-0 days prior to departure - no changes, considered a cancellation.
